How to pay water bill?

Received the above massive water bill for 10,24€. It looks like I should be completing the bottom section to pay it.

I think Tlf Móvil is my mobile phone.
IBAN is my bank account

What's the bottom section starting CUMPLIMENTESE...

If I complete this, is it effectively a direct debit, or does the Town Hall have to ask for the money each bill?

there should be 3 sections to the bill, take it to the bank and pay over the counter, cash or card but i think the bank will only except their own cards. Good luck

If you do want to pay by direct debit, don't worry about the bottom section it is only if you change address, or need to modify the address.

If you live here it is best to pay at the Bank like Mandi says, that way you can keep an eye on it.

.... just noticed. Looks like this is just a standing charge, as there are no readings, your consumption is 0!

Do you have a water meter? If so, it may be worth taking a reading yourself and taking it to the Town Hall.

I think it is for the 2nd quarter of 2013 too - like Galera, way behind. You have until the 2nd June to pay it.

Just take it to Bank & pay.

I have a similar-looking bill of 45,13€ for 'Impuesto Vehiculos Traccion' in respect of my Spanish-registered motorbike, I guess this is like road fund.

If you are non-resident it may be best to set up the direct debit, so you don't incur any fines for late payment - but up to you!

Your bike tax should again have a period of time it can be paid between, like your water bill which can be paid between 1st April and 2nd June.

Again, make sure it is paid within this period, so that you don't get any additional charges/fines.

You can pay the road tax one on there too.
