Guardia and dogs

My husband was out walking our dogs in the Campo this morning and was stopped by Guardia. They asked if the dogs were his and then went over and looked at their collars. Both our dogs have pet id tags with 'I am microchipped' in Spanish and english and our phone numbers. They were very happy with that, saluted and drove off. Nice to be all legal and above board.
