That's the record of their website registration. (It says who owns it, where they are, who to contact etc.) You have to pay "rent" to buy the right to use any given website name, and it looks like these guys forgot to renew theirs, which was due on May 19. So the powers that be shut them down.

Well, something allways happens while im away from the pooter! It was just a matter of time. Sadly we couldn't save any of the previous info or threads, but it appears everyone is on here now and its very active, so with the knowledge and information that we have all learned on the old aceboard site it will build up again and be stronger than ever. So please, if you've got any information (no matter how trivial) that you think might benefit others, post it up!
