Passport Empty Passport

We have a problem my wife has to get her passport renewed and the consulate want an address to send it to. They will not send it to a mail box number or the post office and the courier can’t find us, we thought of FUSONS but they are only open till 2pm. Any ideas please.

I got ours delivered at the bank too without any problems

Thank you for your help. The Dutch and Germans now have to give a finger print to get thier passport and it can take three weeks before they get the passport back
