Hello, I just moved to Baza three days ago! I wondered if anyone knew of Spanish classes or teachers here in Baza, the Language school seems to have gone?
If not are there any part time translators?? I have a bit of a daunting time coming up with visits to the town hall to register and the health centre to join...

thanks george

Hi George. There's a Spanish lady in Baza called Maria Dolores, who teaches Spanish and English. she gives one to one and group classes. She's a lovely lady (a personal friend) and her classes aren't too expensive. I've told her I'm giving you her phone number. It's 615 68 18 11. I think she'll also do translations.

The best way to learn Spanish is sit with pen and paper and dictionary with your Spanish neighbors if you have some.. If your in the British stronghold then this is more difficult.. If you want i will pm you 2 of the best books that i,ve had in the past that will help.. If i name them now on here then you will always get the know all that knows all telling you different.. I work in a Spanish team and believe me the named books will be a real goods starter..
