permission to camp on ur own land?

Hi all
so we are in the process of buying our cave and want to drive over this summer to make a start on renovations, or at least clearing the sheep poo out! So excited!!!
As the cave wont be habitable for a while, can u camp on your own land?
Do you need permission from the town hall, we have quite a large tent (17ft geodesic dome) so may be quite conspicuous
have had a look online but cant find specific info
has anyone done this?
any answers or point in right direction would be appreciated

Hi Becky, there are already a couple camping (caravaning) in Fuente Nueva while they are having their cave reformed. Im sure if you pop into the town hall and speak to Nicholas, the policeman, hell advise you and help you. Look forward to meeting you.

I would be interested in the reply you get as that it what we propose to do but we never thought that you might need permission to do so!

Becky, who did you buy with, Cuevas Spain? If so, im sure if you ask Piet, he'll have a word with Nicholas when he sees him. Piet is in Fuente Nueva / Orce nearly every day.

i thought u needed permission for everything in spain!
