Water supply. Empty Water supply.

We come under Galera Town Hall.Since the turn of the year our water supply has smelled strongly of chlorine,has anybody experienced this?

We notice that at 'holiday' times i.e Easter/August /Christmas/New Year there is a change to the smell & taste of the water supply. For these times we use filtered water or bottled water.
