Benamaurel Gymnasium

I have recently been enjoying the new gym in Benamaurel and have found it very well equipped and with a friendly atmosphere. The pilates have been great!

I think the addition of the gym in Benamaurel is fantastic for the locals and just what is needed to help on getting people fit and healthy.

However it appears there has been a fire in there at the weekend and it is now closed!

Hope it re-opens soon.
p.s I do feel for the owners!

Went there yesterday to drop people off when we returned from a karate competition and it was black all over, what a shame. Hope it opens again soon.

The time scale is two months as the floors will have to be replaced due to water damage and the ceilings, electrics & all the machines due to fire damage. Fortunately the owners are fully insured and as they live above the gym they weren't hurt. Faulty sauna is being blamed for the blaze.

I had a text from Benasport yesterday saying it would be a month!

I thought there was a gymn in Cortes run by Antonio? If so try that as he is a top fella, does karate classes etc too.

Thank you for that - I'll find out. I have been using Antonio's gym 3 times a week as part of my Ladies Association membership - but they stop classes throughout the summer and I dont want to lose momentum.
