Water butt/s

Calling all gardeners.

Can anyone lend one or two during June or have any to sell.
Happy for them to be in any condition. They just need to hold water for my veg patch which has extended lately.

If you have a trailer or a vehicle suitable to carry 2 or 3, I can help you acquire them for free. Legally of course and with owners consent.

As I am freely giving my time and fuel costs in collecting (hopefully if still available) these water butts could I ask that you please make a small donation into the El Capricho collection tin I have (thanks Dave).
I am planning on going this week and hope to obtain a large trailer's worth which I'll store for when they're wanted.

I only speak 6 languages and German isn't one of them! So have no idea what you just said!!!

It was Yiddish. Do you really speak Albanian? I had to cheat and look it up on BabelFish!!!! hahaha

My Spanish is coming on OK, I listen to Michel Thomas' CD course - it's seeping in, but with no one to really chat to, I'm stuck a little. Last year I was lapsing into French an awful lot, but seemed to be understood quite well.

If the Spaniards would speak sloowwwwly I might get more and learn more as I speak... I wonder if we speak as fast to them as they seem to to us?

Spanish are renowned for speaking fast. But yes, when they learn English it seems like we speak fast to them too. I also speak Fran-ish and (mostly) get by.

Lisa, I have two water butts ready and waiting for your collection. Cavern I have yours also.

Please note for future reference everyone, I have used up my quota of what the man is happy to give away. Times have clearly changed for him as I virtually had to beg to get these. In future, if anyone wants these barrels I will happily go and get them for you but they will cost €5 per unit plus an El Capricho donation. This is not money for me, I'm giving my fuel costs and time freely, this is what he wants per item. Even with the El Capricho donation they're less than half the price.
