Weather Reports Empty Weather Reports

Can anyone help me please. I am trying to get weather statistics showing the high level of rainfall we endured last winter compared to previous years. Also data relating to water level increase,at Lake Negretin.
I have been given some web addresses but can not interpret the data to show levels. I need this information for a UK insurance company.
Any guidance would be gratefully appreciated. Ken

Ifound -Meteored.com- There no statstics fromBenamaurel or Baza. But some from bigcitys nearby
When you point the section clima you can type the date you want
