After my exciting customer experience at Endesa, Baza, where I wanted to go and get a wet kipper and slap it around the face of their "customer relations " person, ( judging by comments from other people, I think there is a queue...) I have been looking for other providers.
Anyone using this company at all or been in contact with them ?  Seems very customer focused.
