Hello all

Hi,
I will be retiring sometime in the next 18 mths or so (maybe a lot sooner) and am considering retiring to Andalucia and am particularly interested in cave houses as they look individual and seem reasonably priced  I haven`t yet visited the area or seen any in the flesh.
I`ve read many forum post but I`m sure I will come up with lots of questions for you all.

There is no substitute for being there. Until you come over and see the place "in the flesh" you won't really be able to know what you want or what your options are.
I'd suggest waiting until it gets cooler: September or October.

Thanks for the welcome. Of course I realise I need to visit the area , preferably several times or for an extended stay. At the moment  I`m just researching online and reading guide books.
As I`m still in full time employment I obviously can`t visit as soon or for as long as I`d like.
hopefully this situation will soon change.
