Motocross horse riding etc.

Hi, I see in a lot of the properties advertised in the Baza area that they are ideal for motocross and horse riding in the area, does the area have a motocross place, the one near rio de baza looks un-used/abandoned?

I seem to remember there is a big motocross competition in Cullar in September. Maybe someone else can confirm the details, we've never been to it but seen the posters. You regularly see people on bikes covered in dust riding around the place too.

There is a motorcross track in Cullar that is quite active but also there is one in Los Olivos that is hardly used! A lot of the Spanish go off in groups to ride all the surrounding farmers tracks on road registered enduro bikes.

The Badlands between Castillejar and Galera is used quite a bit. We live just down the valley from the one at Los Olivos and hear when it's being used!
