Look out for the scrappy!

Just had a visit from a couple in beat up old red car: 8167 DZV.
Basically they're after anything they can take away. They seem to be 30's, swarthy, average height for a spaniard. First they were asking for metal, then car batteries, then they wanted to take away my pile of firewood.
They don't speak any english, but they did get the jist of the two word version of "goodbye"

We met this van containing a man and woman today (Tuesday) at the bottom of our drive coming from Galera. They asked for metal but when we told them there was nothing and they continued down towards Reigo Nuevo.
