hi folks i just found out at my doctors i need a residencia this year as i was on there books for a year now i am on a holiday form for 3mths, do i still just go to baza where i got my nie and take all docs with me does anyone no cheers

Yes, the National Police office in Baza. Through the arch to the white patio type doors on the left.Not the main office.
All the same paperwork as nie, inc your existing nie, make sure your padron is a new one and you will need photos, even though they dont use them on a card anymore.
What I would do in your circumstances is contact Ken, on this forum by PM, and check with him as he knows a great deal about the obtaining of health care in Spain.
