Something you might be able to do

Today I was told that the authorities in Andalucia pay for the animals Rabies injections. Just passing on what I have been told might be of interest to some of you.

I think they use to Peter but not anymore . They still insist on annual rabies vacs though , that is where it all went wrong with this rabid dog, the owners  falsified the vaccination certificate saying it had had the rabies vac, then took it to Morocco for a long stay and brought it back to Spain. So bloody irresponsible !!!!!!!!!!! I am sure they will get a stiff jail sentence for all the trouble they have caused . Meanwhile Kudos to the authorities for taking quick and secure measures to keep it contained.
