Is the day of the worker on tuesday a national holiday with everything shut or is everything open?

It´s a national holiday so most places will likely be shut. In some places the Monday is a ´puente´(bridgeing day) too.

I heard that due to the amount of people unemployed they are renaming it to Day of the Unemployed lol!
