Kautilya Nandan Pruthi duped 800 people

Years ago my wife and had the same thing happen for £7500 and then the police told the guy they were coming to arrest him the next day he did a runner to Paris France to his daughters flat they told Interpol, he did another runner and the English police told us not to bother any more as he had no money. We never thought of suing the police for letting him get away. We still have all the paper work on the case.
