anyone good at maths

can anyone explain to me my electricity bill readings.All i really want to know is what is the difference between potencia and consumo and just exactly why am I paying two different rates per kWh ie potencia 4,6 kw x33 dias x 0.056529 euro per kw y dia plus the rest at 0.142319 euro per kwh So ignoring the Impto and Equipos de medida which together only comes to a couple of euro What is the average say for a sensible number of kWh say fifty or hundred. This may be very simple for someone but not me.

As far as I know the potencia is what you are capable of drawing from the grid and consumo is what you actually use. I believe the higher the potencia accounts for the premium amount you are paying ie 0.056529 per day plus the normal rate.
