Standing at the Caniles end of the market, looking towards Caniles, there's a bar on your left, level with the end of the market, down a few steps or a short incline. There's also a bar (Pub Limite) on the other side of the road, just off the roundabout.

plainmoor is a stunning, homely football ground in the suburbs of Torquay, it has a lovely bar under the stand called Boots and laces which serve nice home cooked food.
Lovely place to visit where the people are always friendly(unless you are exeter fans)

Hi Mikey, In the Stuart Morgan days I used to work on the gate,
Pehaps you came through my turnstile. it was the swimming pool end.
Also played skittles at boots and laces,

Whilst in the mood, do you know an Ian McPhail in connection with Torquay Utd? Used to own a couple of Wimpy bars etc.

Yep used to go and sing "nice one Cyril" in the late 80´s when he was there.
Torquay colts are rugby now, wrong shape ball.

No he was something to do with the board.
Did carpet work for Colin Lee once before he moved on though.
And met my wife in BootsnLaces.

Not a big fan of Colin Lee´s so glad he moved on when he did.
But a massive fan of boots and laces.
Where did you live down there?
