To All You Foodies :)
This Sunday (26th) at Baza car boot sale.
If the idea of pulled pork marinaded and slow roasted for 6 hours served hot in a bun with kimchi, BBQ or spiced apple sauces doesn't do it for you, then maybe melt in the mouth sticky ribs will. Both are on offer on Sunday as well as rich tomato and red pepper soup totally organic (vegan/vegetarian) with a roll.
If you're still hungry why not grab one of our phenomenal authentic curries to take home with you (beef sukka, chicken tikka masala, tofu, butternut & mango (vegetarian option).
First come, first served

Re: To All You Foodies :)
Sorry for the delay, I ran out of time and puff yesterday
The beef sukka is a hot, dry curry and very aromatic it is completely authentic even though it's a beef curry and it's cooked for approximately 8 hours so that the meat is very tender.
The chicken tikka masala is a medium curry with cream and almonds.
I've added keema which is mild and aromatic (beef mince) which is the one I'll serve hot with flat bread.
And there's tofu, butternut, and mango as a vegetarian main course and a potato & cauliflower side dish, flat breads and rice available + chutneys.
There will not be a glint of fat on any of the meat (can't bare it) and the minced beef is steak mince again no fat it's all mature braising steak.
All the curries will be packaged for one to two people and will be in foil containers with lids and can be eaten on the day or taken home to freeze.
Like wise the ribs and pulled pork can be eaten there and then or taken home to enjoy or freeze.
All the ingredients are top quality, the meat is fresh (not frozen), spices are ground on the day for the best flavour & these are all traditional recipes as they would taste in India not 'Westernised' versions with added colour and preservatives. I'd better get on and make the lemon pickle!

Yes I'd love to do this weekly if at all possible, it means I also get the excuse for an Indian meal Also will be doing Thai - Again completely authentic as I now have fresh galangal & lemon grass growing happily in the garden.

Re: To All You Foodies :)
Well I for one will be back for more. Went to the car boot this morning and took home the chicken tika which I had an hour or so ago.
Have to say it was exceptional. Spices just right and meat really tender.. Next week will try the pulled pork rolls which looked equally appetising. . Good luck with your venture I'm sure it will do well.

We were very greedy, had pulled pork for lunch and a beef curry and tikka masala for dinner, all excellent. We also had some pear chutney, smashing.

Re: To All You Foodies :)
Thank you for your lovely comments, we had a fabulous day particularly as it was our first and we now have two parties to cater for which is really exciting. We'll continue with the pulled pork as it's always such a favourite with everyone and then alter the take away menu each week so there'll always be something new and hopefully exciting:)
