Are mortgages on caves still available? Empty Are mortgages on caves still available?

I know the government pulled in it's 'lending horns' but I'd be interested if anyone had experience with raising a Spanish mortgage this year. In the past the most approachable have been Caja Mar & La Caixa locally but I wondered whether that was still the case or it's just an impossible situation at the moment.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Thanks Dave but I've found that Caja General are very helpful and my clients secured a mortgage this morning.
