Have not used them myself as yet, however good feedback from friends. 30kg parcel to Spain from UK, door to door, 30 quid.

Ive just had an email from them, they use DHL. I somehow think that DHL use Seur in this area. Not 100% sure though?

Just had my first experience of Seur and all I can say is PERFECT!
They called me yesterday saying they had a package for me, which in its own right is bloody amazing as they didn't have my number!!! I gave them an alternative location to leave it, which they did exactlly when they said they would. Item collected at my leisure today, no issues. Luck of the draw I guess.

Its 'hunt the parcel' time again......
Ive bee waitinting for a parcel from DHL / Seur. Their tracking site says its been delivered yesterday (Friday 23rd October) to: 189076719
I have no idea what or who 189076719 is.
These people really do my head in.

Is there a contact number? I've found Seur helpful on the phone. Last time they gave me the delivery driver's phone number so I could make arrangements directly with him.

I have had nothing but trouble with SUER. Lots of lies, get email saying called at address, not known, etc etc.
Have sent GPS location with orders regardless of courier. Radi Courier, MRW and UPS seem to be able to find us.
Last package from SUER, got email of time being delivered in the evening. Saw missed call made at 2pm, this was at 7pm. Rang the number, it was the courier. Asked him where he was and he said Granada and wouldn't be back in the area for another two days. Told him I wasn't happy etc etc.
In future I will specify when ordering through Amazon.es that if they are using them I will go elsewhere unless they can get their act together.
I have had three packets delivered by SUER in the past month and all have been aggravation.
Unfortunately the SUER office for our area appears to be in Granada?????

I have found SEUR to be OK for deliveries and pick-ups. There office are helpful and will give you contact details of their drivers. Sounds like there might be a rogue driver in their team.

mine was delivered to me in the bar where I had just dropped in for a drink !! seems they go to a bar and ask behind the bar and then any customers in the bar if they know the people. So make yourself known at the local pub and garage,

We've just had an important parcel delivered carefully by MRW, straight to the door. Although we've trained SEUR on the phone to at least meet us on our bottom road now, when you look in the back of their van it's like they've been on a Gumball Rally, boxes flung around everywhere. Last SEUR delivery, the box was smashed to bits with gaping holes in it... drivers must be on tight deadlines or something.
