Good afternoon
out in week or so with family ( can't wait to try fish / chips at emillo's , sunday lunch at sally's & go for swim or two in teh Zujar spa pool !!) appreciate if someone could let me know phone number or where currently best to go to get a small trailer load of logs delivered ( good quality olive or ? , without scorpions be bonus !) ?

Best just go to Benamaurel mkt the first Sunday you arrive. Or sometimes there will be a log lorry in the main street through Benamaurel in the mornings. You will just have to track down the owner in one of the Bars!

problem is i arrive on a tuesday and not got much wood left so need to get some sooner / asap ! , anyone got somewhere i can drive to or english speaking person i can call to arrange a trailer load ! ( face to face i be able to use my spenglish to communicate but on phone not good enough yet ! )

I get my logs from Lolo in Baza.

If you speak to Emilio in Emilio's, Los Carriones, he will get the young lad in the village who supplies los by the trailer load to deliver them for you. We've had two lots so far great value. When I asked the guy at the market for a trailer load it was double the price.
Probably because I was foreign, according to some Spanish friends. Good luck.

any idea approximate cost delivered to Benemaurel & trailer / load size ? ( i only really want small trailer load !! )

It's about a ton, there was no delivery charge and it cost me €80 for the cheapest, going up for almond etc
