Whoops!
I left my adblocker dissabled, and got all the stupid flashing adverts. Turned it back on again and theyve all gone. Back to normal! No way would I want to back to IE again. Who else has swopped to Firefox?
Re: Whoops!
I use Explorer7, can't remember the last time I had pop-ups etc. Also like Firefox though. Will never download Explorer8

Briefly, it filters out all the annoying garbage from Google searches. So when you enter a term, you aren't overwhelmed with all the shopping sites like Kelkoo and Pricerunner that take up all the first few pages of results.
The documentation is pretty crap, but to summarise:
Install the addon, restart FF then click onTools->OptimizeGoogle_Options Select Filter (near the bottom) and add in all the rubbish sites you don't want to see in your search results, like:

Re: Whoops!
Great tip Pete.
Though I don't get much problems with Firefox or Internet Explorer.
I find that some sites work faster with I.E. than F.F., for example Skypoker.com so I'm prepared to use both.
