Sales and wanted

Hi I have wanted to go on to read what people have for sale but have not been able due to an auto system now set up.I understand the idea for sales, but for people who want to buy(still after a T.V and not a X dresser thanks COL) I am now resticted as others must be.Is there not another way that sales could be vetted? Also Could you please tell me when the count for logging into the sales and wanted started.?As I thought I had more than 10 on my account.
Do you need 10 posts on the new forum or for both old and new.Thank you
