cave Insurance !!

Good afternoon all

My cave insurance coming up for renewal in few weeks & i need to look for new insurer !!
Santa Lucia talk a good one but useless when you actually try to claim and was with Llloyd & Whyte but i believe they no longer going to insure caves ! ( changed to IBEX & can't get a reply !! ) .
Appreciate any guidance / details insurers that actualy cover caves if damage from water etc through cave structure + if unoccupied up to 30 days at a time !! along with usual theft / fire / accidental damage / public liability etc cover !!
One with a vg local Office / contact and english claims / help line be good !!
