Wanted / Needed / Begging

Visited 'El Capricho' Today, Met two wonderful men who are dedicated to saving Dogs lives, Met 21 gorgous Dogs who are all kept in good kind conditions and recieve such love, the dedication of these men is wonderful, brought me to tears knowing the Spansh do care for animals..........
Funding is sooooooooo needed to continue.
Can anyone offer anything to enable a boot fair stall to be started, where all funds will go to this cause?
Can anyone offer a dog a home?
Can anyone donate a small amount of cash to enable food to be brought?
100% of donations goes towards the upkeep of the rescued dogs, so many sad cases, and so many gorgous dogs just wanting love.
Please contact myself or Cave Bunny who dedicates her time to helping out, clearing up, and walking the animals. We can collect items or head you in the right direction should you wish to give one of these so needy dogs a home.

We're having a clearout here and Ami and I are, hopefully, having a stall at the car boot tomorrow. I'd be happy donate anything that hasn't sold if there is anywhere we can leave it? x

We are not ready to do a stall just yet, but we are planning to start soon, gotta get a table and some posters and things to sell.....And some tins for donations.......But its happening!!!!!! The dog refuge is a wonderful place, such kind hearted people, sooooooooo desperate for funds, between me n Cave Bunny we want to take them all home, but can't....Least we can do is fund raise for them eh
Cave Bunny gives alot of her time to helping out, walking them, clearing out the kennels and gives the dogs LOVE !!!!! I can't do that due to having all my herd and pack, but a boot fair stall seems a good idea. THANKYOU for your offer, means alot xxxxxxxxxxxx

Question is Spicey..........Is it LEGAL? Trying to sell on those illegal chilli flakes is going to land someone in hot water And chapatis? that's really asking for the law to throw the book at you!

Seriously though, that's really kind of you mate. I've been down there and they really do need all the help they can get. It's great to see people stand up and be counted.

Thank you so much to everyone for being so generous. This will help things at the refuge tremendously. And it will help in other ways too, for example, they are very much focussed on visiting schools and colleges etc re-educating about animal welfare.

Thank you for the offers of food too. The slight problem is that the dogs need to be fed the same food each day - many are weak and recovering from illness and malnutrition; changing food upsets their digestion. The food is bought from the feed place in Baza, but I forget the name of both the shop and the brand. I shall speak to the association and see if we can't arrange a donation point at the shop so that when the association go to get their food, some bags will already have been paid for. So please don't buy bags of food unless they are the same as they use, the name of which I will post tomorrow. However, the Association would be delighted to receive cash donations to buy food until a donation system can be set up with the feed shop.

Also, Cave Angel and her shop New 2 You in the Poligono at El Baico has very kindly agreed to act as a drop off point for donations, be it stuff to sell at the car boot that Happy Chic and I will be doing, or items in kind. I believe she is open until 2pm every weekday. Please correct me if I've given the wrong opening hours Cave Angel xx
