Vittorio/Victorio?
There´s been much mention of Vittorio the abogado (Cuevas del Campo? Campo Camara?) recently, but on looking through old copies of The Sierras I´ve noticed advertisements for Victorio Heras Garcia, who practises in Cortes de Baza and who, I understand, also speaks English. I just wondered whether there might be some confusion, ´cos I´m certainly confused myself. It would be only too easy, in conversation, to confuse "Vittorio" with "Victorio", and I thought it might be worthwhile checking that we´re all talking about the same person. I appreciate that most, or even all, mentions here have been of "Vittorio" whose name has been clearly spelled out in written posts, but I wondered how many of those recommendations originated from verbal conversations, where mistaken assumptions could easily have been made. Don´t want to complicate matters and I´m not quite sure how to sort this out (but I do know I´m not the only person who has this misgiving). Maybe a simple straw poll? "I rate Vittorio" or "I rate Victorio", etc.
This is probably breaking all the forum rules, and I´m supposed to be a bloody moderator! (Dave - is this OK as long as no-one slags off either of them?) I just think it´s fairly important to be quite clear who we´re talking about, especially as many newbies dip into the forum for advice about who to use for the conveyancing on their dream house in Spain, and we wouldn´t want their dreams to turn into nightmares. I suppose if anyone has particularly dire experiences of either abogado, they could ask members to PM them. They´d have to be fairly discreet: no point in saying, "If you´re considering using Vittorio [or Victorio] please PM me." It would have to be something along the lines of, "I have a view on this; please PM me.".

Re: Vittorio/Victorio?
I just assumed they were the same person...although I've always known "him" as Victorio. x
Re: Vittorio/Victorio?
Jenny, Just to confirm they are the same people.
He had a business card with Cortes de Baza on it for some time - not sure why - but Victorio that advertised in the Sierras is definitely from Campocamera and not Cortes de Baza.
