WANTED 3 MONTHS ACCOMMODATION FOR 1

I'm looking to buy a cave house this year.
I'm planning to be in the Baza area for all of May. June, July to find one and get the legalities sorted.
For those 3 months I need somewhere to stay for 300e per month or less.
What's available apart from multi-roomed family holiday lets?
All I need is one bedroom with bed, shower, toilet, and preferably a kitchen with cookstove and fridge, plus nearby space to park a car.
Doesn't have to be a cave, but unless I can organise something through a forum, it looks like I'll be staying first in a hostal then tramping the streets looking for a bedsit in town.
Can anyone here suggest a better alternative?

Yes I have finally booked something until 27 June, but need a place from then until late July/early August.
Several others said they were free but then fell through.
Guess I will have to scratch around for another place for July when I get there!
