Registering a UK car in Spain

Having just successfully registered our UK car here in Spain, I thought I would share my experience to help those considering doing the same (along with how much it all cost).
I found the whole experience far easier and cheaper than many forums and websites out there had led me to believe.
The worry was certainly far worse than the reality
