So just picking up on this old thread, we have an English will which states that we want our wills to abide by English law, is this enough does anybody have any info ?

It seems crazy to have to pay another €300 (which our solicitor quoted and €220 the Gestor) to have a Spanish document which says we wish our English will to be used, when our English will already states this, feels a bit like a cash cow !!

I believe that you do need a Spanish document as well. I've been told that the notary in Cullar will do this for less than €100. Must get round to doing it myself one day!
