This property was featured on Grand Designs a year or two ago. A very impressive piece of work.

As for WiFi, Wi not? I've got it in my cave - I run ethernet to mains adapters so the signal goes through the power cables in the house. Then it "pops out" at a socket with a WiFi adapter.
