Cave Plastering/Electrician

Hola everyone. We have started stripping one of our caves and I need to get a really good plasterer and electrician in as the whole place needs rewiring and plastering. I would also like someone who knows about caves and can advise if the room is structurally sound before replastering (still having visions of cave-ins). English speakers would be preferable but honestly I want to get the best people in so if they only speak Spanish, I'll cope (or rope a translator somewhere). Any help much appreciated. Hi Alice,  I know a fab local (to Galera) builder with years of experience. He is fully Spanish registered and insured - very important!  He does great plastering, knows about the structual aspects of caves and works for a very reasonable price.  I also know a really good local Spanish qualified electrician, so can help with both if you like.
