Heating oil tank flush Empty Heating oil tank flush

Hello All, Does anyone have a 'contact' that will empty the remnants in my 1000 litre central heating oil tank (approx. 200l left) and flush it out? Theres about half an inch of sludge and Cr** on the bottom of the tank, and due to our (previous) infrequent use only on holidays the gas oil itself is also crappy. Don't want to put fresh in until its cleaned! Thanks
