Nice to see there is so much surplices money around again we can start thinking of putting our cave house on the market again. 
We made a 5 year plan to buy and live in a cave house and today the 10 March 2014 we have completed 8 years. Time has run out the property is too big and we are now too old to do the jobs ourselves.
