HAPPY CHRISTMAS

Hi to all and hope you had a great Xmas day. We went to bar Meson, Benamaurel, for some excellent nosh, in the good company of some friends - 17 of us went. The food was great - cold starters of smoked salmon, prawns, salads and more tasty morsels. Then we all got stuck into a hefty portion of barbecued leg of lamb, with fresh veg and spuds - absolutely gorgeous. Next we had platters of cheeses and fresh fruit, swiftly followed by trifle and "Baileys" cheese cake (made by some of us) and several shots of different liqueurs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole day was very good and enjoyed by all.

Yup, a thoroughly enjoyable day.
Great food ... it just kept on coming, excellent company (incl, lots of people I'd not met before) and a seasonal power cut to add to the fun!
I think I'm still full up.   

It was a great way to spend Christmas day afternoon. Great food and company..
