Do you know someone who has forgotten their login details to the forum. Thing is. they keep emailing me asking for help. Problem is they haven't told me who they are, so theres not much I can do. :lol:If you know them, have a word please!

No, because I dont know who you arrrrrrrrr!  Include your username and I may be able to help! 

The forum has an auto prune system. What happens is, if you dont log in for a certain time (a long time) it automatically de-activates your account. This is to free up space for users that actually use and contribute to the forum.
Now its absolutely no good in not using the forum for a long period of time and then deciding you want to use it, to then find you cant and send me an email and not tell me your username. There is nothing I can do. I have no crystal ball.

Simple fix is to use and contribute to the forum. Use it or loose it as they say.  

I know of a few that are in this situation,
they have a user name and password, it's lapsed so it wont let them in on their old one, but can't get in on a new password, and can't contact you because they can't get in, what is their next step

If they want to remain on the forum all they need to do is contact me by pm or email via the forum but INCLUDE THEIR USERNAME
