puppies needing home

Hi everyone

Please, please please is there anyone who can help us. We took in a stray gun dog 3 months which was emaciated, we have brought her back to a healthy weight, unbeknowst to us she was pregnant, hence we was in a dilemma but we would not put her back on the streets. Since rescuing her she has had 3 pups and with our help and nurturing mum and pups have all come on exceptionally well. They are 8 weeks old on 4th Jan and are absolutely adorable. The mum is a gun dog and we know the dad is a german shepherd. Our dilemma is this we are keeping mum and one of the pups but cannot keep other 2. All pups have been wormed and are used to sleeping outside in kennel. ( although we started them inside, silly us!!!)

If anyone will take one of these pups in we will be eternally grateful. pm if interested

Well done for helping them out.

Post pics here, and send an email with pics to El Capricho (elcaprichobaza@gmail.com) asking them to add the pictures of the puppies to their website and FARCEBOOK page. There is also a website called spanimal.org where you can advertise them, and the arboleas forum works too.

We had the same thing happen recently - a stray we were taking care of brought home his pregnant girlfriend, who had 7 pups. We've homed 5, one of which went yesterday after being seen on El capricho's website. It looks like the final two are joining our 8 other strays

There are 2 of these puppies left and are now at the El Capricho shelter, They are Soooooo cute I couldn't put them down the other day and they just adore being cuddled. If you would like to pop down to the shelter on Monday from 5 pm to approx 7, I will be there. Or otherwise I will take photos Monday night and publish them on here.

Every time I come on this forum, I end up looking a the puppy posts... Shame I'm not in Spain yet, or I'd take one!

Raz206 these puppies have been offered a nice home near Madrid it is 95% certain that they will be going there sometime this week BUT !!!

Maybe you would be interested in this little heartmelter, El Capricho have just been advised that she is available, between you and me I don't think she will be available for long, she is in a foster home in Baza at the moment. She is 5 months old and will be a medium / large dog - and I am sure you agree VERY CUTE !!!!

This one in the photo is not in the shelter, she is in Baza in a temporary home but if you did want to visit the shelter any afternoon it is on the Benamaurel road, the industrial estate . PM and I can arrange a visit to either. The shelter is not open regular hours it all depends on the time the volunteers can be there but they welcome visitors on an apointment basis.
