I understand there is a translation service now available in the hospital?
How does it work?
Can outpatients use it?

The number is on the posters which are scattered around the hospital, for example in the main reception. I haven't used the service yet either, but we found we didn't need to, despite a complicated and ongoing healthcare requirement.

I have found the consultants, nurses, administrators, and even theatre staff, all to be very helpful, understanding and patient with me. I have received and continue to receive a far better treatment at Baza hospital than I ever did in the UK.

I was wondering around the hospital one day and a fella collared me and asked what I was up to (I was trying to find a friend) he told me he was the hospital translator, he was spanish around 50 and very helpful however I forgot to ask him how we would locate him if every needed. Because I was only visiting I didnt think about the services so, there is someone but no idea who is he, sorry but whenever anyone goes ask in the little office with the blinds near the shop as thats where he took me to find my friend and maybe they will know,

Hello - you clearly recommend "Chloe". Is she available for other patients to Baza hospital? If so, can you provide me with her contact details? Thanks - Mike Daily (new member).

My wife is good with languages so we get by, but when we go to a specialist or consultant we take Natalie with us she knows all the medical terms. I understand she used to work in the medical profession her Spanish and English is exhalent, all the medical specialists at the Baza hospital respect her, she stands no nonsense. She is not expensive. Phone number 662464382
