Crack Filler Empty Crack Filler

I have never used it before, however, I understand there is a liquid cement crack filler. Can anyone advise what this is called in Spain.

I have not heard of a liquid cement here???  There should lots of fillers for small cracks in the walls, at your local Ferreteria.  Certainly Galera and Huescar have a good selection.
