Wanted : Kingsize wooden / wrought iron bed

Hi there,

A bit of a long shot as ever but we are looking for a kingsized bed, either in dark wood or wrought iron.

If anybody has such a thing or knows of anybody selling one we would most interested.

We are in Fontanar but could arrange transport within reason.

How long do you fancy waiting? I will be bringing a King Size bed over that I don't need (no mattress) but it's pine rather than dark wood. I suppose you could stain it.

We are back out on boxing day so any time after that would be perfect and I guess it could not be much closer than in the same little village.

I was going to be cheeky and ask if you had a bit of space available in your big lorry.

But you are a bit far away as we are in Staffordshire.

Ah well, it's good to have ideas.

To be honest I don't even know if my "big lorry" is actually going to be big enough for all our stuff or whether our new buyers might find a surprise or two when they move in. So unless it was a box of Bisto.......

Good morning all, I need to being this back up in the list as the Bed that was coming has unfortunately been damaged beyond repair.

We are still looking for a king-sized bed preferably with a wooden or wrought iron type frame, but to be honest we would consider others if available.

As mentioned before we could not collect it until just after Christmas.

Just wanted to re ask this question as we are going to be over there in a couple of weeks.

I should add it is a bed for the spare room, we do have one to sleep in/on.
