caja granada charges

Has anybody else who has an account with caja granada had 30 euro's taken out of their account about 9th July with no explanation.

  Don't know if this helps, or gives a possible reason.
We bank with Caja Rural and they make an annual charge of 15 yoyos per card for "insurance".

We're with Caja Granada, and they too take out 30€ for card insurance - think ours went out earlier this year.

Dont forget to get on this promptly folks, to save the bank taking your money again. Ive just drafted this letter, feel free to copy it if you wish.


Dear sir
I must remind you of our conversation (October 2016) when you agreed that you would not take any further unauthorised payments from my account for any insurance services.
I was extremely annoyed last year when an amount was taken without my consent or knowledge.
I must also ask that you cancel any insurance policies with immediate effect.
If any money is taken from my account this year (2017) without my permission I will have no hesitation to take legal action against yourself.
Could you please email me promptly to confirm that you have understood this and that any money taken will be refunded immediately and no further withdrawals will be made without my consent.
