There's one loosely speaking at the bottom of the street where the banks are, go around the corner where the Tien 21 shop is. I don't have any idea if they have the things you want but could be worth a look.

I don't know if it's the same one that turner is referring to, but there's one in Baza on the street leading down from Plaza Mayor. Ask you walk away from the plaza it's on your left No idea if they'll have what you need, but they have a good range of herbal tea mixes!

I know of 2 that don't appear to have been mentioned in Baza.  One is in Calle Trinidad which is an alleyway off Calle Dolores.  There is the BBVA bank in Calle Dolores and they alleyway runs along the side of the bank (if looking at the bank frontage it is just to the right).  The shop is on the righthand side at the end of the alleyway which is not very long. I did buy Gram flour (made from chickpeas and known as garbanzos flour here) from this one some time back.
The other one is not far from where Mercadona used to be (if you remember that).  There is an underground car park and the pedestrian exit opens onto a pedestrian area and there is a health shop immediately opposite. Mercadona used to be in Calle San Francisco and the entrance to the car park is off Calle Don Enrique Enriquez (next road up from San Francisco).
Hopefully you will find what you are looking for.

To be honest this time I actually got my supplies in a big English health food shop in Albox as I had to go there but it means I now have all the packets with the correct names to purchase next time in Baza so will update to thread when I go to Baza now that I know where to find the shops. Not exactly the answer I wanted to give but a true one.
