trouble logging in

Just tried to log in and it kept telling me I had input either my name or password incorrectly. Couldn't understand it until I remembered that the password is case sensitive and just before trying to log in I had been typing a document in capital letters and had forgotten to take the caps lock off. What a relief to find the answer was so simple (a bit like me at times).

Dont worry. Ive heard far worse.
The best one from some time ago was a member asking if I could check his bank account because he couldn't log into his online account. He thought that I was admin for the complete internet.
