Strange time?? Empty Strange time??

Is it just me? Tne time on the forum is correct, but when I write a post it puts a different time on it. Most recently, at 20.21, it said my post was put on at 0520???

It has been doing it for a number of weeks now. I've told Dave but not sure how easy it is to fix. Seems to be set to Brisbane time?????
