Wednesday´s Crowd-pleaser Take Away - Crispy Duck Pancakes!

Hello again, food lovers

Takeaway day next week will be on Wednesday 5th November, so a good opportunity to grab yourselves some Bonfire Night treats!
After a unanimous show of hands on our FB page, Chinese Classics is the theme - you won´t find any bland, MSG-laden fare here, so the following dishes are up for grabs:

Crispy Duck Pancakes
Yum. I´ve never met anyone that didn´t like duck pancakes!
1 portion is a Quarter Duck, 6 pancakes, hoisin sauce and the ubiquitous spring onion and cucumber.
1/4 Duck - €8
1/2 Duck - €15
Whole Duck - €28
(Ducks will be supplied unshredded, so that they won´t dry out when reheated)

NOTE: Duck is expensive in Spain, therefore quantities beyond those pre-ordered will be very limited. This is not a marketing ploy! The ducks need to be marinated for 24 hours and the hoisin/pancakes are being made by hand, so accommodating last minute orders will not be possible.
Please pre-order to avoid disappointment! That means ordering in time for me to see the order first thing tomorrow when I go to buy the ducks, thanks!

Chinese Ribs
Pork ribs Chinese-style: seared and braised in a cooking liquor flavoured with ginger, szechuan pepper, star anise, soy, honey and rice-wine vinegar.

Need I say more?! Cooked white rice stir-fried with onions, eggs and peas.

Food can be collected from Benamaurel village between midday and 2pm (please state a time when you order), or if you can collect direct from Mathilda´s, then you can collect between midday and 7pm).
