There is an excellent Dentist that works in Cortes de Baza & Catillejar, but is on holiday throughout August.
Dave recommended a dentist quite recently in Baza opposite the Mercadona CarPark entrance.
Mariposa also knows of two dental practices in Huescar. Perhaps a PM to either Dave or Mariposa will save you running about too much.

There is a fantastic lady dentist in Baza and she is open on Saturday mornings. If you go to the very big Chino near Mercadona in Baza, drive past so it is on your left. At the road junction on the far left hand corner is the practice. Just ring the buzzer and she will let you in

Great Dentist in Huescar

Can't recommend this practice highly enough, superclean supermodern practice. All staff are extremely nice.
I have been 3 times now (not their fault!) 1st time bad infection in root canal, they checked it, prescribed anitbiotics and gave me a return appointment - no charge, Next visit full clean, they recommended not to pull out the root canal as it was good. Full checkup.
Gave me the best clean I have had in what must be 20 years, I must have been in the chair at least 50mins. Total bill both visits 30euros.
PHEW! I have been to several dentists in other countries, each time came out with a huge recommended amount of work with an equally large expected bill - seriously.
Next visit a small amount of old amalgam filling had come out of a heavily filled tooth. Did a fab job of cleaning out that old mercury based filling and putting a clean white one in - feels fine, I was concerned I would loose whole tooth as there was so little there, but no problems, and very little pain, injection perfect. Total bill 40euros, can't fault them.
They are clinica dental, C/carril no 29a Tel 958 742543 (Look for the sign on the building - they are on the 3rd floor ) Both dentists have some English - and are gentle, polite and very good at putting you at ease.
