Renting a cave dwelling searching???

I have been searching on the internet for long term rental of a cave dwelling in and around Baza or even further afield, however I am unable to find much in the way of rental listings. Does anyone know of any agencies listing rental properties online, if so could you give me a link. I would be most grateful to anyone who could give me a pointer in the right direction.

I think 'Shiny' on this forum has a great cave for long term rental in Los Carriones.
His tenants have moved on. Los Carriones is between Benamaurel & Huescar. Baza about 20 Kilometer away.

That is correct Rosie. Our tennants have moved on. So yes the cave is back up for rent long term or short. The cave is for sale as well so would be willing to do a try before you buy!! Spread the word!

Thanks for taking the time to response. At the moment my wife and I are in the planning stage of a move and what I am trying to work out is what are the market rents from estate agents property listings in the area. (but I can not find such listing having done multiple searches in English and Spanish) We are about to retire on a very modest pension and I understand your cave is rather a larger property that would fetch a market rent which would be more then we can budget for for a long term rental contract. Our Ideal place would be somewhere we can put a bit of work into in exchange for a modest longer term rent. Having seen all the work and investment most expats have put into their cave homes (very impressive indeed) I do not think I could envisage being able to afford or offer what could be deemed a really fair rent for their time effort and investment made. So in a nutshell I am looking for a cave that needs some work to upgrade by myself to a reasonable habitable condition in exchange for a modest long term rent.
