Dog Problem

I live in a town house in Baza, Naturally i am surrounded by other properties, all spanish residents.
Recently in the last two weeks one of the neighbouring properties has aquired a small dog/puppy.
For some reason, obviously to suit their own life style they turn said dog out onto the rear area at between 7-7:15am every morning and then obviously go out to work or something.
Said puppy then proceeds to incessantly bark/yap for about 30 min. It is loud enough to wake me and almost sounds as if its directly under my bedroom window
I have tried to locate said dog so i could have a polite word with the owners, but that has proved difficult as it is within a very small area and reverberates around the walls.
Does Anyone know of the official proceedure to deal with this situation.

Earplugs?

My goodnes you must be joking ! like Rosie says ear plug for the 30mins . you will get nowhere with so called officials here.

As with every other noise in Baza learn to live with it. If it wakes you up just think " oh it's the dog " and go back to sleep . If you want to out noise them I can lend you my cockerel

The official way to complain is to do a Denuncia, but that seems extreme for a barking dog. If you can´t locate the house where the noise is from, why not ask around the neighbours - someone´s bound to know - and then you can talk to the dog´s owners. Maybe it can be easily sorted out - hope so!

Yep he is a BIG !!!!! boy with a big voice at 6am til about 8 can't say for sure you can hear him in El Margen but they all join in around here , so the chain more than likely gets to you at about 6.30

I wonder if they can then take all the Catholics that were letting fireworks, firecrackers and ringing the church bells all night .

Sorted now. After a early morning vigil, I managed to identify the owner and had a polite word yesterday, they were very understanding as said dog was also getting on their nerves, so it went to their daughters yesterday evening.
